Please note that our distribution center does not dispatch orders on Saturday, Sunday, and Bank Holidays.
RETURN POLICY
Items must be returned new, unworn, and with all labels and garment tags still attached. Where provided, the original packaging, garment bags, dust bags, and hangers should be included with your return. Returns that are damaged, soiled, stained, altered or otherwise not in the original condition will not be accepted.
To return eligible items, you must request a return within 14 days of purchase or original shipment date, and return the item(s) within 21 days of original shipment date.
To request a Return Authorization, please email Praxishuman1@gmail.com. Please include your name, order number and item(s) you’d like to return.
Once your return is approved, you will receive an email confirmation with a return receipt for the value of your refund. For domestic orders, we will issue a prepaid return label upon receipt of your return request. A flat fee of $12 will be deducted from the refund amount to cover the cost of return shipping.
Upon the return being processed, your refund will take up to 10 days to post to your original payment method depending on your banking partner.
What items are not eligible for return?
Items received after 21 days of purchase or original shipment date, or with the tag missing or removed, are not eligible for return. The following items are not eligible for return: sale/discounted, custom and made to order items
CUSTOMS DUTY AND CUSTOMS CLEARANCE FEE
Shipments will arrive with delivery duties and taxes unpaid. This means that custom fees, duty and tax may apply to your order depending on the country of destination. Please contact your local authorities to receive more information regarding importation restriction and duties. This fee will be charged at the point of import and you will be contacted directly by the courier company to settle the payment.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We hope that you love your purchase but should you need to return it for any reason, please read the information below carefully.
You can return all items you purchased on the Praxis-Human.com, PraxisHuman.us website, unless stated on the product page, within 14 days from the day your order is delivered.
Please make sure to request your Return Authorization Number before shipping any items back to us (see below).
Kindly note that at the moment we are unable to process exchanges in our system, but are happy to offer a refund, should your items meet the conditions below.
All merchandise must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in unaltered condition and in their original packaging. All original tickets must be attached for your return to be accepted.
SIMPLE RETURN STEPS:
1-Please email within 14 days of receiving your order to request a Return Authorization Number (RAN)
2-Once you receive the Return Authorization Number, please place it inside the box with the item(s) you wish to return
3-We will send you a pre-paid return label and ship it back to us within 7 days of receiving your RNA
4-Contact the shipping provider for collection or simply drop off the package at your nearest drop-off point
Once our warehouse receives, checks and accepts your return, we will issue a refund to your original form of payment within 14 business days.
You will be refunded the amount you originally paid, excluding all taxes, duties and shipping charges.
Returns requested after two weeks or with no previous notification are not eligible for a refund.
Please keep in mind that Final Sale items are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
ORDER SHIPPING
All orders are shipped Monday-Friday excluding holidays.
Ground shipping orders may take up to 7-14 business days to ship.
Tracking information will be automatically delivered to the email address used at checkout, and will also be available in your customer account.
SHIPPING TERMS
Praxis Human is not responsible for the final receipt of packages that are requested to be delivered without signature, shipped to PO Boxes or any errors made in customer-entered shipping information. All information should be verified at the time the order is placed.
Once the package is in the hands of the selected shipping service, Praxis Human cannot be held responsible for delays due to weather, acts of God, or technical difficulties experienced by the shipper.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We gladly accept international orders.
Please note Praxis Human is not responsible for any duty charges that may be applied on international shipping orders. Buyer is responsible for payment of any necessary duties and fees. All International orders must have the same billing and shipping information.
International packages will arrive in 14-20 business days, depending on the country.
We are unable to accept returns of International orders.
